Wellnessbanken

1. NOT ADJUSTABLE & BEEP TONE

The bed is not adjustable, responds with a beep when buttons are pressed and the light on the hand control is on.

  • 1a. | Het lampje op de handbediening knippert. Dit betekent dat de stoel in veilige/veiligheids modus staat.
  • 1b. | Je kunt de stoel resetten door de pijltjes op de tweede rij van boven tegelijkertijd in te drukken totdat de onderbroken pieptoon vanzelf stopt; dit duurt ongeveer 6 seconde.
  • 1c. | Alle functies moeten naar de 0-stand worden gezet. Bij behandelstoelen alle 4 de functies omlaag tot laagste stand bereikt is. Nadat alle standen in de 0-stand staan, zou de stoel weer moeten werken.

2. NOT ADJUSTABLE & NO SOUND

The bed is not adjustable and makes no sound. Follow the steps below:

  • 2a. | Controleer of de stekker goed in het stopcontact zit.
  • 2b. | Check that the plug of the hand control is properly inserted in the ignition.
  • 2c. | Check that the control box is working by checking that the green light is on. Is it not lighting? Follow 2d. Does it light up? Follow 2e.
  • 2d. | Under the base plate, check that the bed's power cable is properly plugged in.
  • 2e. | Is the light on but the bed not working? Open the control box and push the cable firmly. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.

3. HEATING DISPLAY DOES NOT WORK

The heating display is not working. Follow the steps below:

  • 3a. | Check under the mattress whether the blue light on the adapter is working. Is it not working? Follow 3b. Does it work? Follow 3c.
  • 3b. | If the light is not on, check whether the power cable is properly inserted in the adapter. Push it in firmly. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
  • 3c. | If the light does light up, check that the black plug is properly fitted. It must be inserted in the red connector. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
3a. | Check under the mattress whether the blue light on the adapter is working. Is it not working? Follow 3b. Does it work? Follow 3c.
3b. | If the light is not on, check whether the power cable is properly inserted in the adapter. Push it in firmly. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
